PHASE  one:
1. Issue Franchise licences . This allows the licence holder to build a Franchise Network below them Your franchise license is similar to any other franchise. It is a legal entity which allows you to carry out business as part of the FlexKom group.. Flexkom are currently looking for people with Direct sales, MLM, Network Marketing skills to do this though  the primary activity of FlexKom is not MLM or Network Marketing or anything like that. This business model is based on franchising . These people who build the network at this stage will be able to earn a living from this network once retail goes live.

**Please remember that Franchise Team Building Licences are limited in each country! If you want to get involved with retail please wait until launch in each country.

FlexKom Franchisees with team building licences only need to build a team of three and these can be outside  Kenya. Flexkom are currently building networks in The USA, Germany, France, Belgium, Portugal, Australia, India, Middle East etc…If you have contacts abroad you can build outside Kenya  as well as locally.

Key individuals and team builders will be identified in each country and trained as Marketing Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Directors, National Directors etc. The company do not hold interviews for positions and qualification for these positions will be dependent on results. These people will be trained before retail launch goes ahead.
Typically when launch happens is dependent on the numbers in each country. (This only took a few months for Flexkom UK & Germany) 

PHASE  Three
Flexkom Kenya  Retail Launch: Once the academy training is completed the terminals will start to be introduced into retail. Franchisees can begin earning from their sub network, Retailers can begin earning from their customers and “retail licences” will then be sold. A retail licence is less cost but only allows the holder to sell the terminals into retail.. Not team build! Still a wonderful business opportunity for those who want to do that.
There are many ways to earn with Flexkom. Some licence holders in Turkey do not team build or do retail terminal sales. They earn simply earn buy giving away cards and earning when the customers use them! The FlexKom Company
