The FlexKom Company

I would like to introduce you to FlexKom, a German company which was started in 2010 and  has now expanded into other countries. This company is headed  by Asker Sakinmaz , a skillful  businessman  who   has surrounded himself with a top management team that  has  many experiences in Business to Business  (B2B)  and Information Technology (IT) fields. The company also has some other highly successful individuals  from around the world who are well known for their experience and diverse contribution towards the growth and running of this business. Testing the Market
Flexkom started to test the market with its products  in August 2010 .This company chose to test the developed system and concept in Turkey for over a period of 2 years, an effort that resulted  in  realizing over 3 million customers during the  2 years period and the number of customers  is still growing. Flexkom experienced teething challenges as it stepped out to test the market with its products in Turkey but it has now  ironed out all the problems they had during this time. As a result of a successful test in the market, FlexKom further took a bold step to  roll out the same product to other countries across Europe. Shortly offices were  established in Graz, Austria, Lyon, France, Amsterdam, Holland, Brussels, Belgium and other European countries.

Flexkom’s Success story of Turkey can be best understood by considering the phase structure which was used to roll out the business model. Flexkom is currently in Phase One in many countries across the world . Phase One is where Flexkom sells Franchise Licences and creates a Franchise Network.

To drive this point home, I would like you to imagine a railway company…


The company  lays  the railway tracks first and put the trains on the track later. Flexkom is currently laying tracks! The company would like to build a network first as it sells Franchise licences.


Network Marketing And Flexkom – Could you build a Team?
In order to build the Flexkom Network. Flexkom use existing Franchisees and reward these Franchisees for their recruiting efforts. (There are no terminals live in the first phase and people obviously do not work for free!).
